About Us

Relocast (Relocation Assistant) is established in 2021 by two engineers who have spent most of their working life in the Middle East such as Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

Our company is Istanbul-based professional people company and having teams all around attractive cities in Turkey; Istanbul, Bursa, Trabzon, Yalova, Sapanca, Sakarya etc.

Our teams consist of multi-language speaking people especially Arabic and English, they are Turkish nationals and highly educated. We work basis on;

We established this company is because what we realized during our professional working life in Middle East is that many expats who has aim to come to Turkey for different purposes (Tourism, Business, Citizenship, Investment etc.) have different challenges such as;

The uniqueness comes from the way of how our company works. We provide very different services to expats who are relocating or thinking to relocate to Turkey. No, we do not sell any package, we don’t sell any services with any fix cost. No, we do not sell passport services nor any house to you. No, we do not work with real estate companies based on hidden commissions. Consider us like we are someone from your family. Imagine we as part of your family (but real Turkish people) can go ahead and deal with service provide/seller and get the service “on behalf of you” with very reasonable way. Most importantly. Seller or service provider do not need to know who the real consumer is. We only sell our times (number of days yes) to you, and you will tell us how you want to utilize this time. As Relocast, we do not take any commission from any transaction. However, if you make the purchase through any real estate agent, you may have to pay a commission, not exceeding the legal upper limit.
If you receive real estate purchasing services from us, we will bring you the properties that match your preferred properties, meet with the property owners or real estate agents on your behalf and try to minimize the risk of being deceived.
No, we do not charge any fees other than the package fee, regardless of the price you intend to buy or rent.
Yes, you do not have to be in Turkey to receive service from Relocast. You can purchase a package on our website and contact us via whatsapp about the service you need.
Yes. Tell us the features you are looking for. Let's find suitable alternatives for you. Afterwards, if you wish, we can do your work for contacting the property owner, negotiating and finalizing the purchasing processes on your behalf.
Yes. Other companies work on a commission system. The higher the price of the property, the higher the commission amount. However, our fees are fixed. Also, most of the brokers in the market add a second profit on top of the real estate fee. We reflect all the costs to you as they are.
No, our package fee only covers the time spent by our teammate that we will allocate to you and this period is deducted from your package. All other fees (food and beverage, petrol, car rentals, taxi, museum entrance fees, cable car, etc.) will be paid by you.
Yes, we are trying to help you by meeting with the most suitable suppliers on your behalf to get a car rental service with or without a driver.
Citizenship application procedures are concluded within 2-3 months under normal conditions. However, this period may be extended due to unexpected reasons.
Yes. Other companies work for a fixed fee and receive the fee in advance. If you want us to follow this process, which is expected to take 3-6 months, we inform you of all the costs without adding anything to them. In addition, we ensure that you are safe by not making the full payment to the lawyer in advance.
No. In order for us to follow this process, the time to be deducted from your package will be approximately 36-48 hours, but depending on the conditions, the time may be longer or shorter.
It covers all kinds of renovation, repair & maintenance services you want to do in your home or office in Turkey. Problems related to water, electricity, natural gas installation and fixed internet line, paint-whitewash works, air conditioner maintenance and repair can be given as examples.
No, the fee and material charges to the technician will be paid by you. If you want, we can pay these fees on your behalf and deduct them from your package time.
Yes, even if you are not in Turkey, we can follow your official transactions on your behalf if you give us a power of attorney from the nearest Turkish consulate.
